IT Investment and Business Process Performance in HE

Nowe prawo dla uczelni

Posłowie przyjęli nową ustawę o szkolnictwie wyższym. Ma ona ograniczyć m.in. zjawisko wieloetatowości na uczelniach.
Za przyjęciem ustawy głosowało 255 posłów: SLD, PO, PSL, SdPl, Samoobrony, UP i posłowie niezależni, przeciw byli: PiS, LPR i RKN.
Zgodnie z ustawą podstawą przyjęcia na studia będzie matura, a uczelnie mogą organizować dodatkowe egzaminy wstępne tylko za zgodą ministra edukacji. Ustawa wprowadza podział na studia stacjonarne (obecnie nazywane dziennymi) i niestacjonarne (teraz - wieczorowe, zaoczne i eksternistyczne). Na uczelniach państwowych będzie obowiązywała zasada, że na studiach stacjonarnych musi być nie mniej studentów niż na studiach niestacjonarnych. Z budżetu państwa będą finansowane tylko studia stacjonarne. Na częściowe wsparcie studiów stacjonarnych mogą też liczyć uczelnie niepubliczne. Uczelnie publiczne będą mogły pobierać opłaty za prowadzenie studiów w języku obcym, za zajęcia nieobjęte planem studiów, za studia podyplomowe i kursy dokształcające.
